This nurturing practice will bring you into the present moment, allowing you to use yoga as a tool to regulate your emotions on and off the mat. A flow to open the body and create space by using classic yoga postures for a more energising feel then we will slow down into a yin inspired practice with a long relaxation to finish.

Please bring your own mat.
